HSE Plan

The purpose of this HSE Manual is identify the necessary control and measures required to ensure that all employees of ALWAN & our clients and subcontractors work in a healthy and safe environment and to ensure no impact on the surrounding environment occurs. The responsibilities for all members of ALWAN have been defined within this HSE Manual.

All employees from the senior management to the site employees will be provided the necessary induction and training to ensure that they fully understand the requirements of our Clients and ALWAN requirements in relation to HSE. ALWAN will through the effective implementation of this HSE Manual with a structured management approach ensure that the objectives and goals stated are achieved.

To re-enforce the HSE message to all employees of ALWAN, the Policy Statements, HSE Posters and HSE rules will be displayed in the Head offices’, project offices, canteen areas, project stores area, work areas and communicated to the employees’ during their induction training and also during weekly toolbox talks.
